3 ONE-P members as guest editors of an Advanced Materials Special issue
The 8th of April appeared online the Advanced Functional Materials Special issue on Multiscale Self-Organization of Functional Nanostructures, from which three members of One-P have been guest editors: Paolo Samorì (UdS), Franco Cacialli (UCL) and Fabio Biscarini (CNR Bologna).
"As self-assembly of molecular structures has been an established discipline for over two decades, its control over a wide range of distinct lengthscales, from the nano to the macro-world is still a challenge. To accomplish this goal, a genuine contribution from chemists, physicists, engineers and biologists is required to devise new solutions spanning from some materials design, synthesis, and processing as well as precise time- and space-resolved characterizations. These aspects are fundamental for laying the foundation of functional self-assembled materials for a myriad of technological applications." More info
