Post Silicon Technology (PST) belongs to the central organization Front-End Technology, R&D and Manufacturing and directed by Dr. Gianguido Rizzotto. The mission of PST group is to prove feasible the smooth evolution from Silicon to hybrid organic-silicon, to all organic devices. PST group activities are located in Italy, in the centers of Agrate Brianza, Catania, Naples and Singapore. Focus research activities include technology development for Organic and Hybrid Processing, Molecular electronics and Carbon Nanotubes, with transversal activities devoted to Materials innovation and Molecular modeling. Since year 2005 PST group has access to a fully dedicated laboratory and clean-room, located in the site of Portici (Naples).
