Photoconductive and supramolecularly engineered organic field-effect transistors based on fibres from donor-acceptor dyads

Supramolecular fibre networks of a donor-acceptor dyad are found to exhibit a pronounced reversibly modulable photoconductivity under illumination with white light, both when integrated into 2-terminal and 3-terminal (organic field-effect transistor) devices.
